How we’re handling COVID-19

Hoops Chiropractic plans to remain OPEN for the foreseeable future. Your safety is our highest priority.

After much consideration, we have decided to change our hours of operation effective March 30 and they will remain in effect until April 17th. We will re-evaluate at that time. Our new hours will be:

Monday 8-1
Tuesday 8-1
Wednesday 2-7
Thursday 2-7
Friday 8-1

Leave a message at the office and we will call you back as soon as we return.

We are keeping your safety in mind and have implemented new procedures at the office. Appointments are scheduled in an attempt to only have one person in the office at a time. If we have a scheduling conflict, we will contact you ahead of your appointment with further instruction.

Everyone will have their temperature taken before their appointment. If it is above 100.4 (guideline from the CDC) and you do not have a prior diagnosis that would induce a fever, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment at a later date. If you have respiratory symptoms such as a cough, a fever, or shortness of breath, we ask that you notify us prior to your appointment so that we can reschedule.

We are both continuing to wear masks and eye protection during patient contact and I will be wearing disposable gloves while giving adjustments.

I am continuing to sanitize the table, equipment, and door handle after each adjustment. Danielle has been sanitizing the waiting room chairs, counters, doors, light switches, etc many, many times a day. We have also modified how we use the office space in order to decrease the amount of stuff we have to clean/can’t clean. The fabric chairs are gone for now. If you need a chair with arms, please notify us so that one can be made available to you.

Please respect the tape line by the front counter so that we can comply with proper social distancing. Yes, we measured. 🙂

We appreciate your confidence and support as we all go through this together. And as always, please call with any questions or concerns. Stay healthy and be kind to one another.
